I'm on the Select Board!

We did it!  I’m now the newest member of Clinton’s Select Board. Many thanks to all of you who came out to vote. 

Special thanks to my family who took time away from their own busy schedules to help me get elected. My mom Kathy, my dad Jim, my stepmom Patti who are always in my corner. My sisters Mary and Helen, along with my nephew Jimmy and niece Ruby - best sign holders around. The cousin campaign support crew of Sean, Jill, Kevin, Finbar, Sue, Steve, Emily, Addie along with my aunts Sheila and Donna, and my family who helped promote me on social media and sent notes of encouragement. It was my decision to run but they set aside their time to support me. 

To my old friends who come calling whenever I needed them. Everyone should be as lucky as me to have friends like you. 

Thank you to all my Clinton friends who signed my papers, hosted signs, hung door hangers, spread the word and sent notes of support. The best thing about Clinton is the people who live here. Thank you for embracing me and my family. I’m proud to be a part of this community. My decision to run had a lot to do with the conversations I’ve had with you. 

To the new friends who I met during this campaign. That is everyone from my neighbor Joyce who worked tirelessly for me, to town employees who helped when I was looking to learn more, to the people who came to Coffeelands to meet me, to those who held signs for me and everyone in between. Meeting you has been my favorite part of this campaign. 

To my family at home - my husband Chad and my daughters Katie and Marin. This campaign has taken time away from you but you supported me 100%.  I love you so much. (As a thank you, I got you a new dog in between campaign activities.)
